Parking on a Niagara College Campus is available to students, faculty, staff, visitors, clients and guests.
Purchasing a parking session does not guarantee a parking space, but negates the necessity of paying a daily parking fee.
Parking spots are on a first-come, first served basis. Consider using car pooling and local transit systems. Welland students may park at the Seaway Mall and take the bus to the campus.
Cooperation and courtesy is expected from all drivers in compliance with parking regulations.
Please review the Parking Lots page for a list of HONK Zones and lots and the types of parking allowed in each. Note that only daily paid parking is allowed in HONK Zone 2600 (lot A) at the Welland Campus.
Holders of accessible parking permits must also have a valid Niagara College parking session through HonkMobile. Payment for Zone 2601 is required for all accessible parking spots. No additional fees for lot A (Zone 2600) will be required.
Students living in Residence must also pay for a parking session through HonkMobile.
Vehicles in Niagara College’s parking lots that have not paid for parking are subject to Bylaw Enforcement.
