Daily and Weekly Parking
Find and book parking anytime, in advance or in real time through HonkMobile.
- You may purchase parking sessions on a daily or weekly basis through the HonkMobile app, tap signs using your mobile device, or through tablets on-campus.
- No physical parking slips or permits are issued; your parking session is based on your licence plate number.
- Parking rates can be found on the Parking Rates page.
Note:
- Students living in Residence must pay for parking through HonkMobile.
- Holders of accessible parking permits must also have a valid Niagara College parking session through HonkMobile. Payment for Zone 2601 is required for all accessible parking spots. No additional fees for lot A (Zone 2600) will be required.
- All parking sessions are transferrable between both campuses (excluding lot A Zone 2600 – daily paid lot).
- Access HonkMobile via ONE of the following options to get started:
- App: Download the HonkMobile app for iOS or Android.
- Website: Visit the HonkMobile website on your desktop or mobile device.
- Tap Location: Tap your mobile device at one of the HonkMobile tap locations located in the parking lots and throughout the campuses.
- On-Campus Tablet: Use a HonkMobile tablet at one of the following locations (no mobile device required):
- Welland Campus: AHI Main Entrance Security Information Desk or Parking Kiosk and L122 Parking Office
- NOTL Campus: Main Entrance Security Information Desk or Parking Kiosk
- Create a HonkMobile account and log in.
- Choose the HONK Zone that you are parking in.
- Welland Campus:
- HONK Zone 2600: Lot A (daily paid parking only)
- HONK Zone 2601: Lots B, C, D, E, F and G
- Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake:
- HONK Zone 2607: Lots A and B (all parking session types allowed)
- Niagara Corporate Business Centre (NCBC) in Niagara-on-the-Lake:
- HONK Zone 2607: all parking session types allowed
- Welland Campus:
- Choose the time/rate.
- Provide your payment (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard debit, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or prepaid credit cards—no cash payments are accepted) and licence plate information. Please ensure that your licence plate information is correct.
- A receipt will be issued to the email provided in the HonkMobile account.
Tips:
- In a hurry? Create your HonkMobile account in advance: enter your licence plate and payment method before you arrive for quick processing.
- Want to pay for parking in advance? After choosing a parking zone select “Start Time” to choose a different start date/time for your parking session.
- Want to pay for an entire week? After choosing a parking zone select “click here” after “Want to select a duration instead?” This will allow you to choose a start date/time and and end date/time.

Control of parking is authorized under municipal bylaws and illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed and/or towed.
