Security Control Centre Operators work closely with Security Guards and College Departments. They provide the following services:

• Intake all Incident Reports
• Issue urgent notifications
• Dispatch Security Guards
• Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
• Monitor outgoing 911 calls
• After hours staff and student sign in and out
• Conduct safety equipment tests and audits (emergency phones, Wayfinder screens, Public Address (P.A.) System, Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) etc.)
• Alarm response
• Access Control
• Manage campus lost and found
