Monthly Parking
Set up your monthly parking account through HonkMobile and then purchase parking sessions for 1 month up to 12 months (starting September 1 and ending August 31) through MyNC (staff and students).
- No physical permit is issued; your parking session is based on your licence plate number.
- Purchasing parking on a monthly basis is a cost savings over purchasing daily or weekly.
- Parking with a monthly session is allowed in all lots except HONK Zone 2600 (Lot A) at the Welland Campus and Benchmark, WVEC, Brewery and NCBC at the Niagara-on-the-Lake campus.

Note:
- Students living in Residence must pay for parking through HonkMobile.
- Holders of accessible parking permits must also have a valid Niagara College parking session through HonkMobile. Payment for Zone 2601 is required for all accessible parking spots. No additional fees for lot A (Zone 2600) will be required.
- All parking sessions are transferrable between both campuses (excluding lot A Zone 2600 – daily paid lot).
How to purchase monthly parking with HonkMobile
1) Access HonkMobile via ONE of the following options to get started:
- App: Download the HonkMobile app for iOS or Android.
- Website: Visit parking.honkmobile.com/signup on your desktop computer or mobile device.
2) Create a HonkMobile account.
- Enter an email address, password and mobile number to create an account.
- You may set up your Customer Profile in advance by adding a licence plate and payment details.
3) Go to your MYNC portal.
- You may set up your Customer Profile in advance by adding a licence plate and payment details.
- Select More Applications.
- Select All.
- Select the Welland or NOTL Parking Session App according to the campus you will be attending.
After selecting a button above the HonkMobile portal will open in a new window, or within the HonkMobile app. This page will remain open.
4) If prompted, enter your HonkMobile login details.
5) Purchase your parking session.
- At the bottom of the page select Staff Permits, Student Permits, or Other Permits.
- Choose your starting month and session length.
- Enter all the information requested. Please confirm that your licence plate entered is correct.
- Click the arrow to select your payment method (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard debit, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, prepaid credit cards, and NC staff can select payroll deduction—no cash payments are accepted).
- Click on “Pay and Park” to complete the purchase of your parking session.
- A receipt will be issued to the email provided in the HonkMobile account.
You may register your vehicles in Honk, but you must remember to change/activate the current vehicle within the app. Only the active license plate entered as part of your parking session is allowed on campus.
When purchasing a parking session (permit) the licence plate that is entered in this session will be the licence plate that is recognized as being allowed to park on campus.
To change your licence plate:
Please follow the steps below to change your plate when required within your active parking session.
- Tap the menu icon ( ) in the top left corner of the screen.
- Choose the Sessions tab.
- Choose the current long-term parking session.
- Tap Change Vehicle and adjust the vehicle as needed.
Control of parking is authorized under municipal bylaws and illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed and/or towed.
