Human Resources Management
This course introduces you to the core principles and practices guiding human resource professionals. Human resources management is the organizational function which provides leadership and counsel to diverse stakeholders. You will examine the strategies and processes that organizations use to manage and reward employees, thereby improving productivity and gaining a competitive advantage. Through a variety of learning approaches, you will explore topics such as recruitment and selection, training and development, health and safety, compensation, employment legislation and performance management.
