Hospitality industry professionals want to find good employees, develop productive teams, and lead their organizations to success. This course will focus on human resource topics that are key for those entering the management level in the hospitality industry. Participants will learn how to save time and money by attracting, hiring, and retaining high-performance employees. Also, participants will examine training and development issues; performance evaluation; turnover; discipline and exits; and other related topics.
