Human Resources Management
In this course you will critically exam how effective human resources management (HRM) is positioned as a strategic enabler in attaining organizational goals within contemporary organizations that conduct business internationally. This course examines all functional aspects of HRM including the legal requirements, diversity, job analysis, staffing (recruitment and selection), training and development, total rewards, health and safety, employee, and labour relations.
