Refunds

A full refund of fees is issued when:

  • the college cancels a CPR/First Aid course
  • the student is unable to attend the CPR/First Aid course due to extenuating circumstances

Withdrawals

A refund of fees, less an administration charge of $20, will be issued if the student:

  • withdraws seven or more days prior to start date

Transfers

Session transfer requests must be made seven days or more prior to the start date. Any transfer requests made after this time must be approved by the CPR/First Aid Training Program and a $20 administration fee will be charged.

Please Note: No refunds or session transfers will be provided after the selected course end date has been elapsed.
