Make use of the Information Technology Services listed below for news updates, alerts, hours of operation, video tutorials, remote assistance and much more.

3 easy support options are available:
  1. Search for quick answers to your questions on the ITS website.
  2. Use the ITS live chat support on the ITS website. This will allow you to chat with an available ITS staff member right away. ITS representatives are generally available 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (with the exception of holidays).
  3. Submit a Service Request Ticket. When you submit a service request ticket your issue will be given a ticket number and a member of the ITS team will look into the situation and send you an email response generally within a day or two.
