The Village Report shared an announcement from Northern College that is leading a partnership with Niagara College and Cambrian College to help develop a Mongolian training program for technical and vocational teachers.The Timmins-based college is working with NC and Cambrian College on the SkillShift Mongolia project, a three-and-a-half-year effort to improve technical and vocational education in the East Asian country.
