In honour of Canadian Beer Day (October 4), Jon Downing, Professor in NC’s Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program was interviewed on CKTB.
In the segment, Downing touches on what makes Canadian beer paticularly unique, how students in the Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program make an array of diverse beers with unique flavours, and the Teaching Brewery’s recent accolades at the U.S.Open College Beer Championship.
