On July 29, The Western Producer published an article about research into how using probiotics may improve the over gut and immune health in bees.
Niagara College is mentioned in the article as a collaborator on the research project. This collaboration allowed for field studies to be carried out in diverse climates in order to study climate resiliency of probiotic-treated beehives.
