A message from Leo Tiberi, Dean, Media, Trades and Technology:
I am pleased to announce a new management appointment within the Media, Trades and Technology division: Julie Stuart-Niemiec will advance into the role of Manager, Apprenticeship, in the School of Trades.
Julie has worked at the College since 2004, serving in various faculty and staff roles. Most recently, Julie served as Apprenticeship Project Manager, taking the lead with our Skills Development Fund – Construction Skills Program and numerous Pre-apprenticeship Programs. Julie’s previous experience as the Academic Advisor for the School of Trades, Pre-Apprenticeship Coordinator, Assistant to the Manager of Apprenticeship and as an Employer Relations Consultant, in combination with her passion and focus on student success, will provide a strong foundation as this new opportunity begins.
In her role as Manager, Apprenticeship which she began on July 31, Julie is excited to continue working with the School of Trades team and assisting NC with the enhancement and growth of the apprenticeship portfolio.
Julie is a Niagara College alum (Business Administration – Human Resources, 1991) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management Degree from Athabasca University.
