A message from Leigh Cunningham, Senior Director Libraries and Academic Support Services:
I’m pleased to announce the appointment of Kimberly Christmas as Director, Library and Learning Commons, for the Welland Campus, as of May 1, 2023. Kim will oversee campus operations and lead the team for the Library and Learning Commons, tutoring services including academic drop-ins and peer tutoring, and the test centre.
Kim was most recently Chief Operating Officer for the Future of Film Showcase, and brings diverse leadership experience from positions at Toronto Public Library, Scotiabank, Edmonton Public Library, Richmond Hill Public Library and Mohawk College.
Kim holds a Master of Library and Information Science from Western University, a MA from the University of Windsor, and a BA from McMaster University.
