Niagara College alumnus and Vancouver-based Chef Vish Mayekar (Culinary Management, Co-op, 2014) continues to be in the media spotlight as a competitor in the 10th season of Top Chef Canada, which debuted on September 26 on Food Network Canada. Chef Mayekar, along with fellow competitor Chef Deseree Lo, were featured in an article posted by Postmedia publications across Canada on Sept. 23.
