Don Redmond with InNiagara wrote an opinion piece on the top five craft breweries in the Niagara Region and NC’s Teaching Brewery made the list in fifth place.
Redmond gives a special nod to the Teaching Brewery’s Stout, Bitter and Saison – from its Beer 101 series – and writes, “From lagers through to Stouts, their Beer 101 line, made by students with professionals overseeing them, is an exact formula of what each style should taste like!”
