Newstalk 610 CKTB reported on the federal funding announcement on September 3 at Niagara College’s NOTL Campus. The $13 million FedDev Ontario investments will support three local projects in Niagara, including up to $5 million for NC to establish a Greenhouse Technology Network, $5 million for Brock University to establish the Brock-Niagara Validation, Prototyping and Manufacturing Institute, and $3 million for the City of Niagara Falls to establish the Niagara Falls-Ryerson Innovation Hub.
The investment will support job creation close to 390.
