To recognize the importance of continuous learning and support the College’s strategic goal to attract, retain and develop a strong team, the College has a program to support qualified, full-time employees (faculty and staff) to pursue an approved certificate, diploma, undergraduate or graduate degree. The credentials being sought by an applicant must align with the College’s strategic direction and be consistent with the employee’s professional development plan.
