It is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of Greg Medulun to the position of vice president, External Relations effective September 6, 2016.
Greg comes to us from Falls Management Group which operates Fallsview Casino and Casino Niagara. He began with Falls Management Group when Casino Niagara opened in 1996 and has held various positions in Public Relations, Marketing, Media and Communications. He also spent time at Queen’s Park as a director of Stakeholder and Media Relations. In 2011, he became director, Communications and chief spokesperson for Niagara Casinos. He was also responsible for administering the corporate philanthropy program and chairing the Niagara Casinos employee United Way campaign.
Greg’s roles at Niagara Casinos and Queen’s Park will be a great asset to Niagara College as he takes on the executive responsibility for the strategic leadership and management of the College’s Community Engagement: Government, Corporate and Media Relations along with Fundraising and Alumni Relations.
Greg has a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. He holds the Accreditation of Public Relations (APR) professional designation from the Canadian Public Relations Society and recently completed the Leadership Excellence Program at Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business.
He is the vice-chair of the Tourism Partnership of Niagara and a board member of the Niagara Wine Festival.
