Your Mental Health Matters at Niagara College

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as keeping up with your studies. College can feel exciting, but being a student can also feel stressful at times. You are not alone if you are feeling overwhelmed. At Niagara College, we believe that mental health support should be easy to access, culturally inclusive, and part of everyday campus life.

We’re here to help – whether you are learning about yourself, you are needing someone to talk to, seeking tools to manage stress, or learning ways to improve your overall well-being. Niagara College is also working to make mental health a priority across campus – integrating support into student life, academics, and beyond. This aligns with our commitment to the Okanagan Charter for Health Promoting Universities and Colleges, which guides us in fostering a healthy, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students.

No matter what you may be going through or experiencing, reaching out for support and learning about resources is a sign of strength. You belong here, and we’re here for you.
