Koru Mindfulness Workshop – Welland Campus

KORU is a free 4-week mindfulness course for Niagara College students. Developed and researched by Duke University, the program helps students learn to live with less stress and to manage life more effectively.

Each session teaches and provides time to practice both a skill and a meditation. Between classes, students are asked to practice for 10 minutes a day — research shows that mindfulness and meditation are extremely successful when they are actually applied.

The workshop will be run from AH255 at the Welland Campus.
