You will be provided with an understanding of the compensation process, issues and techniques involved in the development and administration of a compensation system. Specific topics related to external competitiveness, designing pay structures, performance systems and evaluation of employees, employee benefits, compliance issues, salary administration, and skill/competency plans will be evaluated.
