The three Niagara dailies (Niagara Falls Review, St. Catharines Standard and Welland Tribune) highlighted History on Tap, an inaugural event hosted by Niagara Parks in partnership with Niagara College at Old Fort Erie on October 24.
The event will feature craft beer samples from NC’s Teaching Brewery, historically inspired food pairings by the College’s culinary team, War of 1812 storytelling, black-powder demonstrations and live music.
Amanda Baldinelli, Hospitality and Events Manager at Niagara College Learning Enterprise Corp., was quoted on the opportunity to connect with the community while exploring the role of brewing in Canadian history.
