The St. Catharines Standard featured Tracy’s Wine Jellies, a Niagara-on-the-Lake business founded by Tracy Hanson almost 30 years ago, in an article highlighting local wine jelly makers ahead of Thanksgiving weekend.
The article mentions NC’s involvement in developing the company’s craft beer jellies, which were introduced approximately 10 years ago during the growing popularity of craft beer. Hanson worked with NC brewmasters and used the College’s beers to develop the flavours.
