Niagara College is inviting faculty and staff to get involved in RESET (Reflect, Engage, Support, Empower, and Thrive), a student-focused Mental Health and Wellbeing conference taking place on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
RESET is designed to support students’ mental health and overall wellbeing through a full day of interactive, hands-on sessions that encourage reflection, connection, and personal growth.
RESET follows the principles of Holistic Education, focusing on the growth of the whole person – head, hands, and heart.
Proposed sessions may explore a wide range of topics related to wellbeing, including, but not limited to:
- Movement and physical activity
- Nutrition and healthy habits
- Sleep and rest
- Relaxation and stress management
- Meditation and mindfulness
- Creative arts and expression
- Other holistic approaches that support student wellbeing
Facilitators are encouraged to submit proposals for sessions that are inclusive, interactive, and designed to actively engage students.
How to submit a proposal:
Faculty and staff interested in facilitating a session are asked to submit their proposals by Friday, August 28, using the online submission form: forms.cloud.microsoft/r/yqjjFfp3TH
