St. Catharines Standard: Alumnus behind culinary vision of Siris Tasting Room

John McTavish, Certified Specialist of Wine and Niagara College professor, recently highlighted a new addition to Niagara’s food and wine scene, Siris Tasting Room, in the St. Catharines Standard.

Siris is dedicated to showcasing Niagara’s small-batch wine producers while providing an accessible, community-focused space where guests can enjoy exceptional local food and drink. Leading the culinary vision is chef Kevin Kelly, an NC culinary grad (Culinary Skills – Chef Training program, 2014) whose experience includes time at Mill Street Brewery and a strong commitment to local sourcing.
