CKTB announced that Niagara Emergency Medical Services (EMS) has appointed NC alumna Carolyn Chandler-Hill (Paramedic program, 2007, Advanced Care Paramedic program, 2009) as its permanent Deputy Chief and Associate Director of Emergency Medical Services, effective January 5, 2026.
The appointment follows what Niagara EMS describes as a comprehensive recruitment process. Chandler-Hill brings more than 17 years of experience in paramedicine to the role, including over seven years in operational leadership within Niagara EMS. For the past two years, she has served as Commander of Operation.
