Thorold Today, Pelham Today and the NOTL Local shared a release from Niagara Region Public Health & Emergency Services announcing that NC alumna Carolyn Chandler-Hill (Paramedic program, 2007, Advanced Care Paramedic program, 2009) has been appointed as the permanent Deputy Chief / Associate Director, Emergency Medical Services at Niagara Region, effective January 5, 2026.
The release highlights that with more than 17 years of progressive experience in paramedicine, including more than seven years in operational leadership within Niagara EMS, Chandler-Hill has been serving as Commander of Operations at Niagara EMS for the past two years. She brings tremendous strategic insight and people-centered leadership with her to this role.
