A dedicated life-long learner, Scott has extensive experience in mentoring, coaching, and teaching, including course and curriculum development. His leadership is grounded in relationship-building and collaboration, having developed strong partnerships across sectors at the local, provincial, and national levels.
As an exceptional change agent, Scott has led numerous transformative initiatives, implementing fiscally responsible processes that enhance stakeholder engagement while supporting a culture of respect, trust and innovation. His strengths in risk forecasting, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement have made him a valued leader throughout the GTA and across Ontario.
Scott is a graduate of Brock University and attended Wilfrid Laurier University, where he played varsity rugby at both schools. He has lectured at Niagara College and other post-secondary institutions.
Scott is the Vice President of the Niagara Wasps Rugby Football Club (est. 1952) and is a past president and current board member of the international Canadian and American Law Enforcement Organization (CALEO).
Please join me in welcoming Scott to Niagara College. We look forward to the leadership, experience and passion he will bring to our Justice and Fitness Studies division.
Finally, I would like to extend a sincere thank you to Sandro D’Annunzio for his exemplary service and significant contributions to the School of Justice and Fitness at NC, and to wish him the very best in his retirement.
