On January 20, Pelham Today, the NOTL Local and Thorold Today shared NC’s release announcing that NC is kicking off its new dinner series ‘A Chef’s Journey,’ spotlighting academic chefs who will curate a multi-course meal along with an evening experience that reflects their personal journeys.
The release highlights the January 23 event headlined by NC Chef Professor Olaf Mertens who will take over Benchmark restaurant for what promises to be an unforgettable one-evening experience.
