YourTV produced a segment on the annual Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village festival, hosted by Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake, featuring 21 participating wineries showcasing their Icewine.
Jessica Neal-Ellis, Event Planner at NC’s Wine Visitor + Education Centre, was interviewed during the segment, highlighting NC’s Teaching Winery Icewines featured at the festival. She showcased Prodigy Icewine, a Vidal, and Scholar Icewine, a Riesling–the first-ever Riesling Icewine made on NC’s campus.
Neal-Ellis also spoke about the recent Icewine harvest, where students and staff gathered at 8 a.m. to pick grapes in the NC vineyard.
