Professional development opportunity (secondment): ODL Coordinator

On behalf of Stephanie Wilson, Director, Centre for Organizational Excellence, we are pleased to offer a secondment opportunity for the role of Organizational Development, Learning & Engagement Coordinator. This is an eight-month opportunity with the possibility of extension commencing October 2024. 

This interim assignment will provide a meaningful career growth opportunity for anyone interested in developing their skills in a variety of areas in organizational development and learning, including all phases of the ADDIE model, providing overall project management to projects and events, and supporting and administering employee development programs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing projects of varying scope and levels of complexity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work as a team to deliver on priorities
  • Familiarity with NC programs and events led by the COE such as the Tuition Assistance Program, Day of Reflection and Support Team Recognition Day
