On April 26, The NOTL Local and Thorold Today released an article on the One Book, One Niagara’s April 23 event featuring Canadian author Kai Thomas and his book In the Upper Country.
One Book, One Niagara is a region-wide book club aimed at connecting residents across the region through the shared experience of reading the same book. All library systems in Niagara participate in the initiative, including the NC Libraries and Learning Commons.
