I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the employees, students and alumni who supported our Spring Open House this past weekend.
Saturday’s event was a great success as we welcomed more than 1,500 prospective students and their families to our world-class campuses, giving them a glimpse into what makes Niagara College so special.
As you know, Open House provides an important opportunity for future students to learn more about our trailblazing programs, explore our innovative learning environments and facilities, and interact with our incredible team – all of you – who make our great college what it is.
This was our biggest Open House yet with more for our guests to see and do on campus, and I am incredibly proud of the exceptional experience we provided. From leading information sessions highlighting our Schools of Study, participating in the Student Services Fair, hosting campus and lab tours, facilitating interactive demonstrations and more, you showcased the ‘best of NC.’ To the team who planned and executed every detail of the event, which takes remarkable expertise, collaboration and creativity – your efforts are truly appreciated.
I had the opportunity to attend the information sessions within our schools of Media and Environment and Horticulture. I also visited the Student Services Fair and several academic booths at both campuses, where I met many inspiring students who I hope to call Knights in the near future.
Once again, thank you for your contributions to Open House and for being such welcoming and passionate ambassadors for the College every day, whether on campus or in the community.
