NC’s team at the Walker Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Centre (WAMIC) is ready to talk about dimensional metrology!
Interested students, employees and the public – especially those interested in technology and advanced manufacturing– are welcome to join WAMIC staff for a lunch and learn event
From tactile CMM accuracy down to 4 µm, to laser tracker distances of 35 m, the WAMIC has a range of 3D Dimensional Metrology Equipment to support small part, sheet metal, assembly fixture, and facility measurement needs.
WAMIC can also bring its expertise to other locations or measure parts at its Welland laboratory. Post-processing with WAMIC’s state-of-the-art analysis software can provide the answers that industry needs.
Join the WAMIC team and its trusted metrology equipment suppliers, CAD Micro, Faro and Mitutoyo to learn more about the latest technology in 3D Scanning, Inspection and Metrology on October 24 at NC’s Welland Campus.
For those interested in looking at metrology for facility scanning, reverse engineering, robot calibration, tooling validation/inspection, quality control inspection, or inspection tool mastering, this lunch and learn will have all they need.
Attendees can expect to:
- See demonstrations from major metrology equipment providers;
- Hear about recent use cases;
- Touch the latest and greatest equipment available to provide outstanding quality; and
- tTste a delicious lunch
