A message from Rick Anderson, Vice-President, Student Affairs:
With the retirement of Lianne Gagnon earlier this year, and subsequent restructuring of the Student Services division, we have been working through a robust recruitment process to secure two Senior Directors.
I am pleased to announce that Leigh Cunningham has accepted the position of Senior Director, Libraries and Academic Support Services. Leigh is currently the Associate Director, Libraries and Learning Centres at St. Lawrence College and she holds a Master of Information Studies (Library & Information Science) from the University of Toronto.
Leigh brings a wealth of experience, having worked in college sectors in both Ontario and Alberta. She has built teams committed to facilitating high-quality and equitable services to all students to support academic success, with a thoughtful and collaborative management style. We look forward to Leigh’s leadership and contributions as we move forward with establishing our new structure within the Student Affairs division.
Leigh will start with us on January 9, 2023 and is looking forward to joining our NC family.
