Kristen Nilsen joins NC's Centre for Academic Excellence.

A message from Jeff Post – Director, Academic Quality, Partnerships and Business Development:

To support the new Academic Quality Consultant model in the Centre for Academic Excellence, I am pleased to announce that Kristen Nilsen has recently joined the CAE team. Kristin will be responsible for facilitating all academic quality mechanisms in the schools of Media, Trades, Technology,  Wine, Beer and Spirits, as well as our General Arts and Science programs.

Kristen joins us from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University where she served as the Experiential Education Coordinator. In this role, Kristen managed a portfolio of over 400 community partners ensuring they were supported when working with Brock to deliver experiential projects.

Prior to this, Kristen also served as Talent Development Specialist in the Goodman School of Business, where she developed career programming for all Business students.

Some of you may remember Kristin when she last walked the halls of Niagara College as the Joint Advisor for Brock and Niagara College. Kristen’s  experience at both Niagara and Brock makes her an ideal fit to handle the extensive  suite of programs she will be responsible for as an Academic Quality Consultant.

Kristen holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Education in Administration and Leadership, both from Brock University.

Please join me in welcoming Kristen to her new position.
