Flags at both the Welland Campus and the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake will be lowered on Wednesday, June 23 to recognize Canada’s National Day of Remembrance for Victims of Terrorism. Taking place every year on June 23, it marks the bombing of Air India Flight 182, which claimed the lives of 329 innocent people, and commemorates the victims of the bombing and other victims of terrorist violence.
