NC’s dean of Business, Tourism and Environment Alan Unwin was recently interviewed by YourTV Niagara’s Mike Balsom about the NC Teaching Greenhouse’s annual Spring Plant Sale, which is being held outdoors only this year to allow customers to safely shop in person. Online ordering and curbside pickup are also still available for customers.
During the interview, Unwin mentions that a wide variety of student-grown plants are available for purchase at the Greenhouse and highlights that all sales support student learning at the College. A special mention is also given to NC honey, harvested by students in NC’s Beekeeping program, which is also available for purchase at the Greenhouse.
