NC’s Carrie Schachtschneider, professor in the School of Justice & Fitness Studies since 2010, led an at-home fitness regimen on Newstalk 610 CKTB with Rod Mawhood. Schachtschneider guided a home workout that requires no weight or equipment.
Schachtschneider recognizes the present time can seem challenging for maintaining a personal fitness routine, but that body weight exercises can have a great impact on health. These included exercises with a chair and on the floor that can be performed with limited space.
