Education News Canada: DistillX unveils Canada’s first non-alcoholic gin with help from Niagara College

News from Niagara College’s Research & Innovation Division was recently shared by Education News Canada for lending a hand to beverage industry pioneer DistillX Beverages Inc. in their creation of Canada’s first non-alcoholic gin.
