The Niagara College Teaching Winery was featured in the local news for participating in Days of Wine and Chocolate, offered at wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake throughout February.
Rachael Surla, event associate at NC’s Teaching Winery, is pictured with chocolate and wine pairings for visitors to indulge in. One of the NC-made pairing includes cabernet sauvignon-infused vegan brownie bites with dark chocolate curls (prepared by NC’s Benchmark Restaurant) and 2018 cabernet sauvignon.
Surla speaks to the positive feedback they’ve received, and how Days of Wine and Chocolate are a way for the Wine Visitor and Education Centre at NC to collaborate with other NOTL wineries over the winter months.
