Niagara This Week featured the upcoming Sourpalooza event on September 7 in which NC’s Teaching Brewery will be among the local breweries serving up 12 sour beer products. The beer style – which has recently seen a surge in popularity – is produced more like a wine than a beer.
The Teaching Brewery will exhibit at Sourpalooza, a ticketed event, among other local Niagara breweries on September 7 at The Exchange Brewery.
