After 28 years at Niagara College, Sue Gerow is retiring.
A farewell gathering for Sue will be held on Tuesday, June 25 from 2 to 5 p.m. in the Lundy Boardroom.
Sue joined Niagara College in 1991 in the role of customer service and micro labs support for the Continuing Education Department, a position she held for four years. Sue transitioned into the role of technical support liaison for another 12 years before leaving Continuing Education to join General Arts and Science at the NOTL campus. Sue worked as the program secretary and then moved to the role of administrative assistant. She then moved to Liberal Arts and Science before her last move to the International Department in 2012. Sue has been the face of the Welland International department since 2012 where she has worked at the reception, and most recently, in the role of international student services office assistant.
Sue’s future plans include building her business with Max International, spending time with her sons, traveling the world, and continuing to help others.
Come join the International Student Services team for cake and refreshments as we celebrate Sue’s last week and congratulate her on a well-deserved retirement.
