Union Session #1b: Practical CBA – Handling everyday scenarios

You must attend the first union session (Navigating Collective Agreements, Policies and Union Relations) before attending in this one. If you attended the session on March 24, 2026, you can register for this one.
In this follow-up to the Navigating Collective Agreements, Policies, and Union Relations session, you will have an opportunity to put your learning into practice in a safe, zero risk environment. Through small-group scenario work, you will explore appropriate courses of action and strengthen your confidence in addressing challenging workplace situations.
Catering will not be provided during this training session. We encourage you to plan accordingly by bringing any beverages or snacks you may need throughout the session. Thank you for your understanding.
