Today’s Niagara This Week features a story on Angela Rosenkranz, part of the first cohort of Commercial Beekeeping grads to cross the stage last week at NC’s Spring Convocation. Since beginning the program, Rosenkranz has started her own beekeeping operation in Beamsville, and won an award at last year’s Royal Winter Fair for the honey she produced. The story also includes comments from Commercial Beekeeping program coordinator Mylee Nordin, and fellow grad Julianne Oliviera.
