Niagara On The Lake Summer Camp

Dates/themes:

July 4 to July 7, 2017: Pokemon (junior campers) and Transformers (senior campers)
July 10 to July 14, 2017: Star Wars
July 17 to July 21, 2017: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
July 24 to July 28, 2017: Plants vs. Zombies

Special guests: If special guests are available for this location (depends on relevancy to theme, price, etc) the information will appear here in terms of who the guest is and what week(s) they are coming to camp. This is an ongoing process leading up to camp.

Ages: five through 13 (juniors are five to eight and seniors are nine to 13)

Regular drop-off and pick-up: 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Early drop-off ($5/day) and late pick-up: 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Drop-off and pick-up location: Front door of college in roundabout circle

Cost: $180/week (a 10% discount applies when enrolling a child for a 3rd week or more). No subsidies or payment plans are available through STEM Camp. As a registered Canadian not-for-profit, STEM Camp is based on a break even model. We suggest contacting local service clubs or other government programs designed to assist families in need of summer camp subsidies.

STEM Camps aim at preparing children for a world where 70% of jobs require a solid STEM-based education.

Summer camps focus on engaging campers in fun science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) activities that are designed to foster an interest in these subject areas. STEM Camps believe that students learn best through hands-on experiences and that STEM learning should be both fun and memorable. Activities are age appropriate with hands on activities for all age groups. Activity extensions are available for those campers needing more of a challenge. Summer Camp also integrates science and engineering kits, which complement the curriculum and allow children to create ingenious inventions, enhance critical problem solving skills, and have fun.
