Three second-year students from the Environmental Technician Field and Laboratory co-op program (from left) Christine Combe, Stacey Holla and Katie Bristow, are working through the hot, steamy weather, taking an inventory of trees around the ponds at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus, near the Aboriginal trail. Students are also recording wildlife in the area, including birds and snapping turtles.
The students began the project in May and will continue working to September as part of the program’s co-op requirement.
