What Participation Involves
Your participation in this online survey is voluntary. Your responses are confidential. Only combined results will be reported. Participating in this survey will not impact your status at Niagara College.
This survey asks about different aspects of your wellbeing and health behaviors and will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete; written comments/ideas/suggestions take additional time depending on the length of the response you may choose to provide. Students can stop the survey and return to complete it later at any time during the survey period.
The questions in the survey are from well-established surveys often used in Canadian populations. However, there is a potential that some questions focused on mental health may spark uncomfortable feelings. There are two questions related to suicide risk within the last year.
