Join us as Niagara College’s Signature Chef Series returns with its first Indigenous guest chef of 2025. Executive Chef Zach Keeshig of Naagan, named one of Canada’s Top 10 New Restaurants, will present a progressive Indigenous multi-course tasting menu, blending Ojibwa traditions with modern culinary techniques.
